Happy New Year to you all and what an exciting year 2012 is going to be!

It’s been a very enjoyable break and now we’re back into the swing of things here at The Raw Food Directory.

It’s exciting that we have a whole new year ahead of us. The start of the year is a perfect time to look at your health and happiness and we’ve welcomed lots of new businesses onto the directory which we hope will inspire and potentially help you reach your personal wellbeing goals, whetever they may be.

This month there’s a fabulous Chocolate (Carob) Pudding recipe – so you can still indulge in something sweet and satisfying, and be nurturing your health!

Just a few days  until Christmas and I’m very excited about the festivities!
